SCHOOL SAFETY

As the safety of our school community is always the top priority, LCSC implements a Safe Schools Emergency and Crisis Intervention Plan that is developed in collaboration between the LCSC School Safety Specialists and the Logansport Police Department. This Plan identifies security programs and measures that focus on prevention, intervention, and crisis response.

BULLYING PREVENTION

Bullying Definition

Logansport High School takes bullying seriously. Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school-aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose ( StopBullying.gov).

All LHS staff and volunteers are required to watch the Bullying Prevention video on Safe Schools online.
